Job Description

Great Work Montessori School is a public charter school just outside of Denver, Colorado. We are in our fourth year of operation and currently serve children ages 0 - 12, with an adolescent program opening this year.

Our mission is to support every child in becoming a joyful and courageous agent of peace, builder of community, and creator of justice and beauty. We believe that social justice must be at the heart of the school curriculum. We strive to offer an authentic Montessori experience that honors every child and family we serve.

We are currently hiring guides at all levels (0-3; 3-6; 6-9; and 9-12). The ideal candidate:
Is AMI certified at level you are applying for;
Has experience working in public schools and with a diverse population;
Operates with ethical integrity and cultural sensitivity;
Holds a Bachelors degree or higher;
Is flexible, hard-working, and patient; and
Is willing to work with a leadership team to ensure pedagogical integrity.
