RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
• Reconciling bank statements and managing general ledger entries.
• Preparing accurate financial reports and summaries.
• Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
