About Us:
Sterling Urgent Care is a growing healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional
medical services to our communities. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and
organized Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is essential in
supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match bills and payments in QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records.
• Sort and organize incoming mail related to financial and accounting matters.
• Prepare and deposit checks in a timely and secure manner.
• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining financial documents.
• Support the finance team with reconciliations, audits, and month-end closing activities.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned to support the department's needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
