Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing effective advertising campaigns that align with client goals and brand strategies. This role requires creative thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising strategies for new and existing campaigns
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and deliver creative briefs
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize campaign messaging
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to produce high-quality ad materials
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and present reports to stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices
Manage advertising budgets and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to think creatively and analytically
Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a deadline-driven setting
Knowledge of advertising channels, metrics, and campaign strategy is a plus
