Job Title: Amazon Marketing Manager Location: On-Site Hybrid Position 3 days in office Orem, Utah (no exeptions)
Full Time Exempt Position: $60,000 – $75,000 based on experience

Job Overview Just Ingredients is looking for a full-time Amazon Account Manager to develop, build, and grow Just Ingredients Presence on Amazon. This position is part of the marketing team in starting from the ground up in product pages and listings, fulfillment strategies, promotional strategies, with Amazon Seller central account. This role will help shape our brand’s identity on Amazon while collaborating with a passionate and creative internal team.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize product catalogs, ensuring accurate listings, inventory levels, and forecasting across Amazon platforms.
- Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve KPIs such as revenue, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute annual operating plans with measurable sales and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) to align strategies and deliver business goals.
- Drive sales through optimized product detail pages (PDPs), brand stores, and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with external retail agencies to ensure excellence in content and catalog management.
- Lead the execution of new product launches, ensuring best-in-class setup and marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central teams, ensuring smooth operations and event participation.
- Manage demand planning and fulfillment processes to maximize in-stock rates and minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Conduct regular site audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for category leadership and revenue growth.
- Evaluate the profitability of promotions, product lines, and strategic initiatives to inform decision-making.
- Stay current on Amazon tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record in Amazon account management (Vendor Central/Seller Central).
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms (PPC, AMC) and knowledge of promotional strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales and growth targets.
- Acute attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- High commercial acumen, capable of translating analytics into actionable business strategies.
- Technical proficiency with tools like SAP, Bynder, and other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay).
- Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or fashion industries is a plus.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or within a team.
