CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations across the US and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an entry-level Application Support Specialist to work onsite at our corporate office in Canonsburg, PA (SouthPointe Business Park)! 

 

This is an in-office role paying $50k - $70k, plus premier benefits.

 

The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all pre-sales enterprise applications including Salesforce, custom applications and 3rd party SaaS applications.  The duties include troubleshooting, testing, documentation and training.  The Support Specialist will work directly with the user community on support issues and the development team on testing and rolling out new applications.

Job Summary:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of current business systems and processes
• Perform troubleshooting following appropriate department standards for issue resolution
• Develop expertise in pre-sales tool sets that support diagnostic efforts
• Develop and execute appropriate test plans based on department standards
• Ensure standard documentation exists for execution of all respective applications

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience supporting end-users of software applications and systems
• Basic understanding of software applications architecture - browser, web server, database
• Strong technological aptitude, ability to quickly learn new applications and functionality
• Experience demonstrating detailed knowledge of application and business process a plus
• Possesses good communication skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive work
• Works well with various levels of management and user community
• This is an in-office role
