This is an in-office role paying $50k - $70k, plus premier benefits.
The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all pre-sales enterprise applications including Salesforce, custom applications and 3rd party SaaS applications. The duties include troubleshooting, testing, documentation and training. The Support Specialist will work directly with the user community on support issues and the development team on testing and rolling out new applications.
