This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge backend systems that power AI/ML applications and interactive digital experiences. You will work on scalable microservices, infrastructure, and APIs that support high-performance web and mobile applications. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust systems capable of handling compute-heavy workloads. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain backend microservices and systems supporting web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement ML/LLM infrastructure and applications for scalable deployment.
• Automate, test, and deploy backend services, ensuring high reliability, availability, and fault tolerance.
• Profile and optimize backend systems for load, latency, and overall performance.
• Apply best practices in web application development, including security, testing, release management, and live operations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather requirements, refine backlogs, and participate in architectural design and code reviews.
• Mentor and influence team members, fostering technical growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, or C++.
• Experience with ML systems and compute-intensive workloads.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Development experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with REST APIs, distributed NoSQL and relational databases, caching systems, and multi-tier architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and cost-efficient cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and mentor peers.
