At BrightBridge ABA, our mission is to deliver exceptional, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. As a new, forward-thinking ABA company, we are committed to innovation, family-centered care, and positive client outcomes. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to fostering growth, creating positive change, and making a real impact in the community as an RBT.

Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting the progress of each client’s unique goals. This position is ideal for an RBT who is enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to high-quality care.

RBT Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record data accurately, documenting client progress and behavior changes according to RBT protocols
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and RBT training sessions
  • Provide compassionate support and clear guidance to clients and families, building rapport and promoting a positive therapy experience as an RBT
  • Follow company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of RBT professional conduct
  • Participate in ongoing RBT training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others as an RBT
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and their families
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed
  • Physical ability to work with young children, including the ability to sit, stand, lift, and move as needed during therapy sessions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required to travel to client locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with children, especially in an ABA or special education setting
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection as an RBT
  • Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications

Why Join Us?

  • Career Advancement: We are committed to your growth with opportunities for continued education, mentorship, and RBT career progression.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Join a passionate, team-oriented culture that values support, collaboration, and continuous learning for all RBTs.
  • Flexible Work Options: We offer a variety of work settings and scheduling flexibility to balance client needs and personal preferences.
  • Impactful Work: Make a difference every day as an RBT by supporting clients and families in reaching their goals and unlocking their potential.

Benefits:

  • 401K
  • Extensive PTO package
