Job Description

As a BMS Controls Installer, you will perform duties that range from general troubleshooting on customer systems to support on BMS / low-voltage projects. Pipe bending, cable running and must be familiar with VFD, VAV, RTU and split systems.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret Control, Mechanical, Electrical drawings and circuit diagrams as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose BMS systems and networks to automate building systems.
• Program and commission BMS systems.(optional)
• Replace and/or repair building automation control equipment and devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Niagra/N4 is preferred.
• 1 - 2 + years of experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in the building controls automation industry preferred but not required.
• Experience in the light commercial / Residential HVAC industry preferred but not required.
• Tech-Savvy with computers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Commercial/construction service experience a plus.
• Driver's license and clean driver's record.
