Job Details

  • Provide monthly and quarterly work for multiple clients in various industries
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Transaction Coding
  • Posting to General Ledger
  • Preparing Journal Entries
  • Preparing Payroll monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
  • Preparing Sales Tax returns
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and Creative Solutions Accounting Software is a plus
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Public accounting experience is a plus
  • Work will be reviewed by CPA
  • Compensation negotiable based on qualifications
  • Benefit packages available
