We are seeking a **detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant** with **QuickBooks (QB) proficiency** to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing accounts receivable, following up on payments, and handling client communication.

**Rate:** $3 - $4/hr
**Job Type:** Part-time
**Work Hours:** US Hours (Flexible but must be available during business hours)
### ** Responsibilities:**
✅ **Accounts Receivable Management** – Track and follow up on outstanding payments
✅ **Client Messaging & Follow-ups** – Contact clients regarding overdue invoices & payment reminders
✅ **Client Communication** – Assist with **renewals, gathering feedback, and maintaining positive client relationships**
✅ **QuickBooks Tasks** – Maintain accurate records of transactions and account statuses
✅ **Basic Reporting** – Provide updates on payment collections and client interactions
### ** Qualifications & Requirements:**
✔ **Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB)** – Must have hands-on experience
✔ **Experience in Accounts Receivable or Payment Follow-ups**
✔ **Strong Communication Skills** – Ability to message and speak with clients professionally
✔ **Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills** – Keeping track of multiple accounts efficiently
