Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients at promotional events and fundraising campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Engage directly with community members to create memorable brand interactions that build awareness and support.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client initiatives to effectively communicate key messages and mission-driven goals .
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to implement strategies that increase event participation and donor engagement .
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners .
  • Address inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to maximize engagement and satisfaction .
  • Track and report campaign results, customer interactions, and engagement levels to ensure accurate performance insights .

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or customer service is a plus but not required. We offer comprehensive training .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences .
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns .
  • Positive and proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment .
  • Availability to start within one to two weeks and flexibility to work weekends and event-based schedules.
