Title: Brand & Content Specialist
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Classification: Non-Exempt
The Brand & Content Specialist will play a hands-on role in creating, curating, and managing a wide range of digital and print marketing assets to support brand, demand generation, and content marketing efforts. This position blends graphic design, light video/audio production, web updates, and content creation to drive marketing initiatives across multiple channels and brands.
Please note this is a hybrid on-site position . We are looking for candidates who are able to work in our Jacksonville, FL office location on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Content Production
· Design graphics and visual assets for newsletters, display ads, website CTAs, social media, sales collateral, proposals, and presentations (PowerPoint, Digideck).
· Create lead generation assets such as eBooks, infographics, one-sheets, and interactive tools/quizzes.
· Produce and edit videos and podcasts, including conference footage, explainer videos, and social snippets.
· Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and support brand governance across platforms (Canva, SharePoint, Adobe).
· Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all content and creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.
Digital Marketing & Content Support
· Collaborate on website and landing page design, updates, and optimization in WordPress and HubSpot.
· Support social media content creation and post scheduling.
· Contribute occasional copywriting for blogs, emails, and ads.
Project & Platform Management
· Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
· Maintain and optimize digital assets and templates.
· Support website optimization efforts from a creative standpoint.
Tools You’ll Use:
· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, XD, Audition)
· Canva, Figma, WordPress, HubSpot
· Social media platforms and scheduling tools (in-platform & HubSpot)
· Video/audio editing software
· Buzzsprout and YouTube for podcast and video publishing
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
·2+ years of experience in marketing or creative roles.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing experience preferred.
· Experience with web content management systems (WordPress/HubSpot).
· Strong understanding of design principles, brand standards, and visual storytelling.
· Solid organization and project management skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
