W2 Contract - USC GC Only

Remote - EST

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (Contract/Remote) to analyze non-IT business problems and articulate requirements to support process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Update SDLC process to take advantage of GenAI.
• Experienced Sr. BA with Agile
• Has to have ADO or Jira experience
• Help put together vision documents, epics, features, go through refinement and help with testing.
• Understand how much of the team has adopted tools, what impediments they have and how to help them grow their adoption.
• Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation.
• Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers.
• Role demands ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments.
