About the BDR Role

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to drive business growth. You'll build relationships, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team while developing critical sales skills in a live environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Educate and inform prospects about the company’s products and services

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Meet and exceed performance targets for outreach and conversions

  • Learn prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and sales best practices while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification
