Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CBO Epic Certified Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and optimizing reimbursement contract builds, along with other Professional Billing (PB) configurations that impact the Central Billing Office. You'll collaborate closely with IT analysts and CBO managers to ensure a seamless and efficient system. If you have strong problem-solving skills, Epic build expertise, and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Lead and execute reimbursement contract build activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and reimbursement policies.
Collaborate with managers, team leads, and other departments to provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements.
Work closely with IT analysts to align build efforts, ensuring a streamlined and efficient system configuration.
Maintain thorough documentation of build activities, updates, and modifications to support monitoring and compliance.
Conduct testing and validation for contract builds, addressing any identified issues before implementation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for reimbursement build issues, working with IT and operational teams.
Offer guidance and training to team members on Epic contract build processes and system updates.
What You Need to Succeed:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Epic build processes.
Ability to input data efficiently and accurately.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
Required Qualifications:
Epic Certification (Professional Billing, if applicable).
Minimum 8 years of experience with Epic systems, specifically with reimbursement contract builds.
Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards.
