Mr. Rehab LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
CCTV Technician Operator for their CIPP pipelining, infrastructure inspection, and rehabilitation project operations. Mr. Rehab is based in Mechanicsburg, PA, but projects are located across Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Field staff gets the exciting opportunity to travel, with all expenses paid.
The average operator can expect to earn $52,000-$100,000 per year in total earnings (includes starting hourly rate, overtime, per diem, and any adjusted prevailing hourly rate when working on government projects). What You’ll Do: - Operate remote closed-circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and / or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment
- Confined space entry utilizing Insituform’s safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner
- Maintain, complete and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and / or client
- Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels
- Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and homeowners
- Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
- Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control
What We Need From You: - High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years experience in trenchless installation, including robotic tap cutting preferred
- NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Class A or B CDL within six months of employment and be aligned with company motor vehicle standards
- Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
- Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
