Marketing Supervision: Lead the marketing team to support the firm's growth and visibility.
Qualifications:

Experience: At least 10 years of senior management experience, preferably within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
Expertise: Strong background in operations, administration, and escrow/IOLA management.
Project Management: Proven success in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
KPI Management: Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive firm success.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative workplace.
