Client Experience Coordinator

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and providing exceptional support? We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, top-tier service, and a positive experience for our clients.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey with us. We work with a variety of brands, primarily in e-commerce and service-based industries. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main contact for clients, providing clear, timely communication and ensuring their needs are met.
Lead new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
Support Account Managers and department leaders with administrative tasks such as scheduling, project tracking, and client communication.
Help prepare reports, maintain client files, and ensure all necessary documents are organized and up-to-date.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring continuous support throughout their experience.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations between clients and internal teams.
Proactively identify and address client needs, contributing to a positive and seamless experience.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support, setting clear expectations for workflow.
Monitor client feedback and engagement, offering insights to help improve processes and the overall experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, strategy) to ensure client objectives are aligned with execution.
Track and report on client satisfaction, using insights to refine processes and enhance service.
Help manage client accounts, ensuring projects remain on track and meet expectations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, ideally within an agency or marketing setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities at once.
A proactive problem-solver who can address client concerns and offer solutions efficiently.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp) to track projects and client communication.
Experience or interest in marketing, branding, or digital strategy is a plus, but not required.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing several projects and clients at once.
