As an Executive Director, Credit Risk Director for the Food and Agribusiness team within Commercial Banking Risk, you will lead a team of risk professionals, overseeing credit approvals and portfolio management for clients ranging from family-owned businesses to mid-cap corporates and sponsor-owned companies, typically with $20 million to $2 billion in revenues and non-investment grade profiles. Additionally, you will be responsible for structuring and negotiating complex credit transactions, maintaining accurate risk ratings, proactively managing portfolio health, and ensuring adherence to internal policies. You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor team members, and drive execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Occasional travel required.
