Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects.
- Proactively schedule subcontractors to maintain or exceed project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
- Interpret and implement project plans and layouts accurately.
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Identify and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
- Promote and represent BSM Construction, Inc.'s core values professionally.
Qualifications - Must have 5+ years experience as a Superintendent, specific to tenant improvement and retail construction.
- Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors and project schedules.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage large or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical ability to navigate construction sites.
- Professional demeanor to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Schedule - Full-time position with occasional overtime and travel as required.
