Job Description
The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in managing internal and external communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that align with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute written materials including newsletters, press releases, and reports.
Coordinate communication strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with stakeholders.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
Support event planning and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communication projects.
Monitor and report on communication performance and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
