Job Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of construction law, including contract law, property law, planning law, and dispute resolution.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence and advocating for their cases in construction-related disputes.
Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and develop defense strategies to support case preparation.
Draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, deeds, leases, and other important agreements.
Stay informed on legal updates, industry trends, and regulations in construction law to offer timely and accurate advice to clients.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Valid license to practice law in any U.S. state.
At least 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus, whether as an attorney or in a related field such as engineering.
