The Opportunity

We are looking for a Creative Director to build, elevate, and own the creative vision for Geviti across all brand and marketing channels. As the leader of our creative function, you will shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates—ensuring every asset reflects our purpose and our commitment to clinical excellence, trust, and a premium member experience.

This role will partner closely with Marketing and Clinical leadership to develop high-impact creative that improves new member acquisition, engagement, comprehension, and overall member trust. You will oversee all creative output across design, brand identity, digital experiences, campaigns, and educational content, while strengthening the systems and processes that support scalable, high-quality creation.

** This role is remote-eligible within the United States, offering flexibility for candidates based outside of Arizona. However, we have a preference for candidates located in the Gilbert/Phoenix area, where Geviti's office is based. Local candidates for this role have the opportunity to work on a hybrid model, coming into the office for in-person collaboration, creative sessions, and team events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership

  • Own and evolve the Geviti brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital, print, and member-facing touchpoints.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, voice/tone frameworks, and creative standards.

  • Set and articulate the creative vision that supports both business growth and clinical credibility.

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Lead creative direction for campaigns across web, landing pages, email, paid media, social, and product experiences.
  • Translate complex medical and wellness concepts into clear, engaging, visually compelling content.
  • Develop creative concepts that differentiate Geviti in the health optimization and longevity space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to develop acquisition and retention-focused creative that drives measurable performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the design and user experience of product and web properties.
  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure creative is accurate, compliant, and aligned with medical best practices.

Creative Operations

  • Implement scalable creative workflows, including request intake, prioritization, and approval processes.
  • Maintain and organize asset libraries, templates, and design systems.
  • Manage contractors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure quality and consistency.

Performance-Driven Creative Optimization

  • Use data and insights to iterate on creative concepts and improve performance across channels.
  • Develop A/B testing approaches for messaging, visual direction, and user experience.
  • Balance brand-building creative with growth-oriented experimentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or art direction, ideally within health, wellness, tech, or other trust-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to lead brand development and create cohesive, multi-channel creative systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand identity, digital design, campaigns, and storytelling.
  • Experience working across web, email, paid media, social, and UX/UI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative rationale.
  • Experience managing contractors or external creative partners.
  • Comfort with data-informed creative decision making and performance optimization.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, medical marketing, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Klayvio, or similar tools.
  • Experience working within high-growth startups or distributed teams.
  • Understanding of medical copywriting and patient education principles.
