Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in Criminal Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, particularly in the federal system, and be licensed in Pennsylvania. This position offers the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, either in-office or remotely, with access to cutting-edge resources and support.
Responsibilities:
* Handle all aspects of criminal litigation cases, from initial client consultation to trial representation
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategy
* Collaborate with partners and team members to effectively represent clients and achieve positive outcomes
* Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
* Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in criminal litigation
Qualifications:
* Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
* 3-5 years of experience in criminal litigation, preferably in the federal system
* Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
