Responsibilities of a Crumbl Baker:

• Complete Crumbl digital baker training program
• Prepare cookie dough, cakes, frosting, toppings, and glazes following Crumbl recipes
• Bake and dress cookies with weekly toppings
• Box customers' orders with care and provide exceptional service
• Maintain clean workspaces and restock supplies
• Contribute to the overall success of the bakery

We ask our Crumbl Baker to:

• Smile and make memorable connections with guests
• Commit to Customer Service, Cookie Quality, and Cleanliness
• Be at least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have reliable transportation
• Practice strong communication skills

Uniform & Appearance:

Due to food safety precautions, no jewelry is allowed during kitchen shifts. Nails and hair must be kept clean and appropriate for wearing gloves and a hair net.
