Remote Data Entry Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from source documents into various databases and systems within designated timeframes.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors, correct them, and verify accuracy.
- Compare data entries with source documents to ensure consistency.
- Update and retrieve data as needed to keep information current and accessible.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure information preservation.
- Organize and maintain files and records for easy data retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
