In this position, you will be responsible for purchase order data entry in our Purchasing Group. \#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-onsite **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Purchase order and subcontract purchase order entry on internal system. + Extensive Data Entry + Receive packing slips into the AS400 + Help with miscellaneous purchasing function + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + 1 year minimum experience with Data Entry. + Position requires candidate to type 60+ wpm with excellent computer skills. + Candidate must possess analytical aptitude, effective oral and written communication skills. + Candidate must be accurate, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office. + Organized and a self-starter + AS400 experience a plus + Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required **Equal Opportunity Employer** As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
