As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the migration process while interacting with end users to address their needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform application administration tasks for a large-scale migration project.
Enter and maintain accurate data, including building organizations and user accounts.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing outstanding customer service.
Support end users by assisting with transitioning to a new system, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Skills & Requirements
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills (>40 words per minute).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and other basic office tools.
Customer Service: Previous experience in a Tier 1 helpdesk or triage role is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Setup: A reliable internet connection is required for this remote role.
Shifts Available
This role supports divisions in multiple time zones, so you'll have the flexibility to choose from shifts such as:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
