Veeva OpenData enables better customer reference data for superior customer engagement. It is fast, easy to use, accurate, and cost-efficient. You will be a key component in continuing to build reliable, complete, and timely customer reference data. Our mission is to deliver the global data core for life sciences.
As a contractor, you will become a top data steward with one of the biggest cloud computing companies in the life science industry. Your main tasks will be searching the web for information and curating data based on guidelines. You will be expected to perform phone calls up to 50% of the time.
**What You Will Do**
* Research and capture online available data by following specific rules within a 2-week intensive training
* Gather data via web research skills and phone calls
* Follow clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Become comfortable with medical terms, such as HealthCare Providers, Pharmacies and LifeSciences Experts
* Be part of an international data steward network of contractors for OpenData
**Requirements**
* Personal computer/laptop with Operating Systems:
* Windows: Windows 10, version 22h2 (or newer versions, e.g. Windows 11)
* Mac OSX: Big Sur (or newer versions, e.g. Ventura, Monterey)
* Internet connection of minimum 10 mbs - ([
* Fluent in English and Arabic, both in reading and speaking skills
* Typical work week is 40 hours
* Strong Web research skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to reference and compare database records from sources
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents & Spreadsheets
* Fast learner
* Be able to deliver high-quality data by set KPIs
* Prior experience in data entry or a similar role
**Nice to Have**
* Education or work experience in the life science (education or professional experience)/ healthcare industry
* Experience as a web researcher or Data Entry clerk
* Second European or Asian language
