Eagle Rock offers excellent pay potential with a pay structure that includes daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses and generous overtime opportunities. Our LOCATION drivers start at approximately $FROM-$TO per year (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and bonus) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.

About the Opportunity

As a Beverage Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers. You'll represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time position in our Denver, CO location.

Job Duties include:

  • Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
  • Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
  • Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
  • Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

  • Ability to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move product
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 70 lbs.
  • Must be capable of pushing or pulling loaded carts (weighing approximately 300 lbs).
  • Can work safely year-round in varying weather conditions

The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. Compensation, Benefits and Application Window

Compensation range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year (including base pay & commissions)

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)

This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Basic AD&D Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Spousal Life Insurance, Child Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing.
