Job Description
We are a dentist recruiting company working with a busy dental office that is seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients already as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month.
The office has a mix of FFS, PPOs and HMOs to better serve the community. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together.
General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If a dentist is proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but it is not required. There is excellent mentoring and collaboration available so new grads are welcome to apply.
They are offering a very competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
