Digital Consultant 

Shift Digital is the leader in digital marketing program optimization. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan, our comprehensive solutions help national brands and their local retailers measure, manage, and improve the performance of their digital marketing and sales initiatives.  

Shift Digital is looking for a Digital Consultant to join our rapidly growing team! A Digital Consultant utilizes creative, analytical, and communication skills to manage automotive clients.  Title may vary based on team placement upon hire.  

 

This position is based out of our Birmingham, MI offices.  


The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with a dedicated group of automotive dealerships
  • Build creative assets in Photoshop and Illustrator for placement on dealer websites
  • Optimize automotive dealership websites for the consumer experience
  • Draw key insights from analytics to advise clients on opportunities within the Dealer Digital Program
  • Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
  • Communicate program updates to dealers
  • Access dealer website CMS (content management system) to implement requests
  • Collaborate with third party provider support teams for advanced requests

Responsibilities: 

  • Support team on key projects and contractual deliverables
  • Help develop and implement new processes, improve existing processes
  • Work effectively within the team to prioritize client requests. This includes weighing current customer/prospect needs with longer term product roadmap needs
  • Monitor and assist in the management of integrated CRM vendors
  • Manage the dealer support email box to handle all dealer inquiries and identify integration problems
  • Lead dealer trainings & support for Engage Analytics
  • Assist Program Manager with dealer level reporting

 

Desired Skills and Experience  

  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
  • If a recent grad, relative experience in an internship or campus club/organization
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous phone or customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team player
  • Time management and superior organizational skills
  • Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices
