The
Director, Digital Web Experience responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Danaher Life Sciences website to deliver world-class digital experiences. This leader will be accountable for driving cross-Opco synergy by assisting in the migration of each Opco's current digital platforms to the LSIG owned digital platforms for CMS, Search, Marketing Automation, eCommerce, etc. The vision is to enable LSIG to increase digital market share by increasing the velocity of innovation and scale of impact while reducing costs via synergies. The Leader will be instrumental in identifying best practices from across the industry, influencing adoption, implementation and standardization across LSIG operating companies.
This position reports to the Sr Director, Digital Customer Experience Abcam & LSIG and is part of the Danaher Life Sciences Digital Customer Experience Team located in the USA and will be fully remote.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To - Lead global digital teams comprised of digital technologists, project managers, and UX designers.
- Own the technology roadmap for the Danaher Lifesciences website and associated platforms, advocating for the user by prioritizing discoverability of content, personalization, usability and accessibility.
- Influence LSIG Opcos to drive standardization and reuse across the web, search, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, increasing agility by rapidly sharing best practices with minimal custom development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across operating companied in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Digital Marketing to accomplish key business objectives.
- Leverage advanced analytics and insights from digital data to drive continuous marketing innovation, optimize digital website performance and conversions.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of digital platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Drive digital operation excellence leveraging global capability model and DBS best practices.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in managerial or leadership roles overseeing commercial digital marketing teams (e.g., web developers, UX designers, SEO specialists, content strategists, and digital marketers).
- Deep understanding of content management systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Sitecore.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for tracking and optimizing performance.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, etc
- Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and large-scale digital projects.
- A strong focus on customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Digital marketing experience in B2B Manufacturing industry or Life Sciences is preferred

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$260,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
