OPEN JOB: Director Of Risk Management (HOSPITAL) - Possible Sign On Bonus
LOCATION: Murrieta, California
SALARY: $126,609 to $183,580
FULL-TIME

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Director, Risk Management is responsible for directing, organizing, leading, implementing and supervising day to day operations of the Risk Management efforts for SW.
The director serves as the hospital Patient Safety Officer and Compliance Officer.

• Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing or graduate of an accredited collegiate program in a health-science related field.
• Master’s degree in a healthcare related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in related field with seven (7) years of director level experience; required
• At least four (4) years leadership experience in an acute care facility
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality

Skills and Certifications :

• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
