The UHS Business Development Department is hiring a Division Director - Business Development to provide leadership for the long-term strategic objectives of assigned facilities in the areas of Business Development, Sales Management, Referral Development and Intake. Additionally, this role will lead business growth through direction of business development activities aligned to facility opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in a behavioral health business development role.
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines. Proficient in PC software (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Demonstrated excellence in the fields of business development, sales and marketing management, data analysis, referral development and a demonstrated expertise in building, growing, and servicing assigned Facilities
Extensive travel required
