Job Title: DTS Project Manager III

Location: Philadelphia PA

Note : Temp position with high possibility of extension. Position is remote, but candidates must be within 2 hour radius in case needed onsite. Ideal candidate will have PM experience in IT with focus on infrastructure/new facilities & EPIC. Previous experience in IT operations a plus. Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT project management
• Proven ability to manage complex, organization-wide system implementations and upgrades
• Strong oral and written communication with staff, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Skilled in consensus-building and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead cross-functional project teams
• Proficient in CHOP's project management methodology, tools, and best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience leading PMO initiatives or mentoring junior Project Managers
• Prior healthcare or hospital system implementation experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage large, complex IT and organizational projects.
• Lead 8 15 team members through project execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to junior Project Managers within the PMO.
• Promote adherence to PMO methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Support leadership initiatives and continuous improvement across the project management function.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certification: Active PMP certification (Project Management Institute) required.
• Experience: 8+ years of IT project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Other: Demonstrated ability to manage advanced-level projects and build stakeholder trust.
