**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced **E-commerce Operations Manager** with a strong background in Amazon sales and leadership. This role involves **full ownership of the P&L**, managing a team, optimizing inventory, and driving key performance metrics. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the company’s operational success and long-term strategy.
This is a **Full-Time remote** role.
**We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager specifically with these requirements:**
* **5+ years of experience** managing a growing Amazon business
* Proven leadership in handling **8-figure Amazon sales** in a startup or mid-sized company
* Strong **P&L management experience** with a data-driven mindset
* Ability to build and optimize **efficient operational processes**
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working on US time zones
* Great organizational and time management skills
* Hands-on approach—someone who doesn’t hesitate to step in where needed
* A **fast-paced, motivated, and business-minded** professional eager for growth
* Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a **relentless drive to improve performance**
**Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):**
* Establish and monitor **KPIs** across departments (Brand Management, Logistics, Sourcing, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Product Development)
* Oversee **demand planning and inventory optimization** to maintain profitability
* Take full responsibility for the **P&L of the Amazon catalog**, consistently improving performance
* Increase **CTR, conversion rates, total sales, net profit, and GMROI** across SKUs
* Lead and manage a **team of 5-7 people**, ensuring operational efficiency
* Contribute to **advertising strategy and execution** with a data-driven approach
* Provide actionable insights to improve overall business profitability
* Travel **semi-annually** to meet the team in person
