Description Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an Email Marketing Specialist (contract). In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation processes. This role is onsite 3 days per week in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities: + Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling email content that aligns with overall marketing initiatives and brand guidelines. + Monitor and analyze key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability, to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaign performance. + Manage campaign setup, QA testing, and deployment. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field + 4+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation + Familiarity with HTML + Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), email reputation management, and ISP regulations + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content + Proven experience using tools, such as HubSpot, AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Contract Benefit Offerings: + Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans) + 401(k) and retirement plans + Commuter benefits + Employee and vendor discounts + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + And many more!
