Atlas Tech, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player for this remote position to join our group of Information Technology professionals. If you are comfortable in intense fast paced environments, can think on your feet, and excel in team-based collaborative efforts, then this may be the right fit for you. **THIS IS A 100% REMOTE POSITION**

We are seeking an Enterprise Networking Services (ENS) Engineer with experience in troubleshooting security suite solutions related to routing, load balancing, and application delivery.

You Will:

• Troubleshoot network security solutions related to routing, load balancing, and application delivery.
• Provide Tier II/III support for all tenants in the Defense Health Agency (DHA) network.
• Be responsible for assisting with maintaining connectivity for DHA hospitals and work with internal and external customers on a daily basis.
• Work in a team setting making recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner dealing with a variety of different network devices to include: Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and F5 load balancers.
• Triage issues and resolve and/or escalate to the appropriate network teams for remediation.
• Engage with internal and external customers to provide status updates on network issues.
• Ensure incidents and service requests adhere to established service level agreements.

You Have:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• A minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.
• 8140 compliance (Active Security and OS certifications).
• Security Certification: (Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SCCP).
• Cisco OS (CCNA, CCNP) or F5 certification.
• 6+ years relevant experience in supporting a large network infrastructure.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
• A strong working knowledge with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Load balancing devices.
• A good understanding of TCP/IP regarding routing and subnetting.
• Experience troubleshooting issues with F5 devices.
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls.
• The ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced, team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A strong sense of urgency including self-governance on task priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with awareness and responsiveness to customer needs.
