Key Responsibilities:

• Management Training: Learn the fundamentals of business management, team leadership, and day-to-day operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to meet organizational goals, providing guidance and support.
• Marketing & Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Training & Development: Participate in training and support the development of new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed for success.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions to their needs.
• Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to business growth strategies.
