We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as an  Entry Level Sales | Marketing Trainee  located in Downtown Dayton, OH.

Day to day Responsibility:

• Support the marketing team in implementing experiential marketing campaigns.
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving trial, and improving distribution, including day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Engage customers and represent clients confidently, professionally, and transparently.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations at our daily events.
• Address queries and concerns from clients and customers at our daily events
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing outcomes against established goals.
• Achieve company and client KPIs.
• In housing training will be provided in the office + B2C events

Key duties include:

• Assist in the day to day execution of events.
• Prepare and distribute promotional material.
• Assist with event setup, including arranging decorations, signage and products.
• Greeting customers on a face to face basis within a retail setting.
• Driving sales
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication at retail based events.
• Providing accurate | valid and complete information by using the right methods | tools.
• Assisting customers with the selection of merchandise | services.
• Completing transactions

Qualifications:

• A positive and proactive attitude.
• A strong desire to learn.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A willingness to share ideas.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving and surpassing goals and objectives.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• A background in B2C | Sales | Training | Leadership or Recruitment: 1-3 years preferred not required.

Job Types:

• Full-time | Monday thru Saturday |

Training:

• Paid training and ongoing support will be provided.

Compensation Package:

• Weekly base pay
• Bonus opportunities + incentives
• Uncapped Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift | Monday thru Saturday | Required |

Education:

• High school or equivalent | Required |

Willingness to travel: 

• 25% | Required |
