Oversee and manage the testing of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance, particularly during transitions to new frameworks or tools.
Create and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans, including data validation techniques, to ensure the correctness of data transformations and load processes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of ETL testers.
Engage with stakeholders, including customers, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the ETL process.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow and minimal disruption to business operations.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to enhance the efficiency and coverage of Testing process of the validations.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Utilize deep knowledge of ETL tools and frameworks, such as Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) and client specific Python-based frameworks, to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ETL testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
