Event Consultant
We are searching for an Event Consultant to join our client's team on a part-time basis, requiring a commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to plan and execute various events
Create event concepts and themes
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Manage event logistics and timelines
Provide on-site event coordination and support
Ensure the successful implementation of events within the specified time frame
Requirements:
Prior experience in event planning or management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Creative problem-solving skills
