Job Description

Responsibilities Event Planning and Coordination

• Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute events that drive sales and generate leads.
• Develop event strategies that align with the company’s sales goals.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering and transportation

Marketing and Promotion

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and attract potential clients.
• Utilize social media, and other marketing channels to reach target audience.
• Suggest promotional materials and manage event-related content.

Product Education and Training

• Facilitate product knowledge seminars for potential and existing clients.
• Determine the target audience and tailor the seminar content to meet their needs and interests.
• Coordinate the venue, schedule and necessary equipment for the seminar.

Sales Support

• Assist sales teams by providing them with leads generated from events.
• Set up meetings between potential clients and sales representatives during events.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of events in generating sales.

Client Interaction and Relationship Building

• Engage with attendees to understand their needs and introduce them to the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Follow up with attendees’ post-event to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Logistics and Setup

• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Manage event registration, including ticketing and attendance check-ins.
• Ensure all events facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Post-Event Activities

• Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.
• Prepare post-event reports detailing the event’s success and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up the leads generated from the event.
