Plan, coordinate, and execute events of various types and sizes
Meet with clients to assess goals, timelines, and budget requirements
Source and manage vendors, venues, and logistics partners
Organize event timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all components
Assist with guest management, communication, and real-time support
Track event-related expenses and align with budget goals
Offer creative and practical event solutions tailored to client needs
Keep up with event trends and recommend new ideas
Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field / a plus but not required
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask remotely
Comfortable using virtual platforms and project tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace)
High attention to detail and client-first approach
Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
