We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing marketing and public relations team . In this hands-on role, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute community events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations that connect people with meaningful causes, products, and organizations.

What You’ll Do:
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful events and engaging experiences :
Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site logistics .
Represent partner organizations and brands at community campaigns and promotional events .
Engage directly with attendees, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service .
Support marketing and outreach teams in campaign execution and promotions .
Track event performance, collect feedback, and provide insights to improve results .
Collaborate with your team to meet promotional goals and increase brand awareness .
