Job Title: Event Staff

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $45000-$52000 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and attendees. As part of the event staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of events by providing excellent customer service, setting up and managing event spaces, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment, and ensure timely and efficient breakdown after events.
• Guest Services: Welcome attendees, answer questions, provide directions, and address any concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Registration and Ticketing: Manage check-ins, distribute event materials, and assist with ticket sales or validation.
• Crowd Management: Monitor guest flow and maintain crowd control to ensure safety and comfort for all attendees.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist vendors with setup, address inquiries, and ensure compliance with event guidelines.
• Technical Support: Operate basic audio/visual equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
• Event Assistance: Provide general support to event organizers, team leaders, and supervisors during all stages of the event.

• Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing manual tasks.
