Job Title: Event Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to assist in executing successful events and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees in San Antonio, TX. This role involves setup, coordination, and teardown of events, as well as engaging with attendees to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, equipment, and decorations.
• Greet and assist event attendees, providing directions and addressing inquiries.
• Support event coordinators in managing schedules and resolving on-site issues.
• Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist in distributing materials such as brochures, event programs, or promotional items.
• Participate in post-event cleanup and inventory checks.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior event experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment or furniture as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
