Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events for our clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute to memorable experiences. You will assist in logistics, vendor coordination, client support, and on-site execution to ensure all events run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events
Support communication with vendors, venues, and clients
Manage timelines, event calendars, and inventory
Help with event setup, registration, and breakdown
Maintain accurate documentation and post-event reports
Ensure all event details align with brand standards and expectations
Troubleshoot event issues as they arise with a calm and solution-focused mindset
